Ban Management
You can block players from the site, support and comments temporarily/lifetime.
There are multiple options to ban a user:
- Banning from Website
- Banning from Support
- Banning from Comments
If you ban a user from the website, the user loses access to the website.
If you ban a user from the support tickets, the user will not be able to create support tickets anymore.
If you ban a user from the comments, the user will not be able to send replies to blog posts.
Go to
Dashboard > Ban > Ban User page.Field | Description |
|---|---|
Username | The username of the player |
Category | The category that you would like to ban the user from.
Options: "Website", "Support", "Comment" |
Reason | Options: "Spam", "Swear", "Cheat", "Advertising", "Scamming", "Other" |
Duration | You can ban the user permanently or temporarily. |
